Partner – Property Disputes
Job Description
A respected law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Partner to head its Property Disputes practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a highly regarded team handling a broad mix of commercial and residential property litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
— Advising on commercial landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, rent reviews, and dilapidations
— Handling residential disputes including boundary issues, rights of way, and service charge claims
— Representing clients in court, tribunals, and mediation
— Managing a team of junior lawyers and contributing to training and development
— Engaging in business development and strengthening existing client relationships
— Liaising with clients ranging from property companies to private individuals
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 10+ years PQE in property litigation
— Proven track record of managing complex contentious property matters
— Strong leadership, mentoring, and client-handling skills
— Strategic thinker with strong commercial judgment
— Experience generating work and building client relationships
