Job Description
A prominent UK law firm is seeking a commercially astute and client-focused Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing Real Estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality property matters for a diverse client base including investors, developers, landlords, and occupiers.
Key Responsibilities:
— Advising on a full range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property finance
— Acting for landlords and tenants on new leases, renewals, assignments, and licences
— Supporting developers with site assembly, planning, and development agreements
— Conducting due diligence including title investigations, searches, and drafting reports
— Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals to progress transactions smoothly
— Providing practical, business-focused advice tailored to client needs
— Managing matters from start to finish while maintaining high levels of client service
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–5 years PQE in commercial property law
— Solid experience handling a varied caseload of commercial real estate transactions
— Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
— Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
— Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving
— Experience using legal case management systems
— A team player with a commitment to client care and professional standards
