Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor

A well-regarded UK law firm is seeking a versatile and client-driven Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and growing Real Estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a varied caseload involving both residential and commercial property transactions for a wide-ranging client base including individuals, SMEs, developers, and investors.

Key Responsibilities:
— Handling residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
— Managing commercial property matters such as leases, acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing
— Advising clients on title issues, restrictive covenants, planning matters, and SDLT
— Drafting and negotiating contracts, lease agreements, transfers, and other legal documents
— Conducting property due diligence, searches, and reporting on title
— Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions
— Ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 3–6 years PQE in both residential and commercial property law
— Proven ability to manage files independently across both areas of practice
— Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
— Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
— Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines across varied matters
— Familiarity with property law systems and case management software
— Professional, proactive, and collaborative approach
