Commercial Property Lawyer – 5+ Years PQE

A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Commercial Property Lawyer with 5+ years PQE to join its thriving Real Estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior lawyer to take on a key role within a well-established practice, advising a diverse portfolio of clients across a wide range of complex commercial property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
— Managing high-value and complex commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and investment deals
— Advising clients on commercial lease agreements, property development, and asset management
— Drafting and negotiating sale contracts, leases, agreements for lease, licences, and property finance documentation
— Conducting due diligence including title review, searches, and preparing detailed reports
— Building and maintaining strong client relationships with developers, investors, landlords, and corporate occupiers
— Mentoring junior members of the team and contributing to their professional development
— Supporting the firm’s business development efforts and contributing to its market presence

Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE in commercial property law
— Proven track record of managing complex transactions with minimal supervision
— Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
— Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills
— Ability to manage a full caseload while supervising junior colleagues
— Proficiency with legal case management systems
— A client-focused and collaborative approach with a strong work ethic
